May 2012 - QEGS Space Olympians
After an arduous three month selection process, eight QEGS students have been selected to represent Derbyshire and the UK at the International Space Olympics in Korolyov, Russia in October.
May 2012 - QEGS Basketball Success
It has been a successful year for basketball at QEGS. Three teams played games home and away to make the county finals.
Apr 2012 - Sponsorship for QEGS Engineering Students
A number of organisations have come forward to sponsor the Year 11 Engineering students at QEGS tool kits following a request from their teacher Mr Kershaw.
