New undergraduate Ella Samways with Brell Ewart, Chairman of Whitehouse Construction

The first stage in our University Student Sponsorship Scheme was taken this week, when Ella Samways joined our team at Whitehouse. Ella gained a place at Nottingham Trent University to read Business Studies starting in September.

Under the scheme, Ella will be sponsored through four years at Nottingham Trent University by Whitehouse. She will join our Business Development team in non-term time and during her year in industry, followed by two years post-graduation.

Ella was selected by a panel of judges from Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School and industry following strong competition for the award.

It is rewarding for everyone to have a good news story in Education at these challenging times, as well as demonstrating how Whitehouse is continually investing in the next generation workforce”
