The Music Department finished their year off in fine style last night, with a wonderful concert of music from the mid-20th century. The band set the hall swinging with Glen Miller and Benny Goodman, the choirs performed classics from WWII and the Golden Age of Broadway, the String Group treated us to Leroy Anderson Classics, and the Clarinet and Saxophone groups added their distinctive sound in a twist on modern classics. Soloists sparkled with works from across musical genres, and special guests MyForte choir joined us for the second half.
