On Thursday 2nd March we held a Maths based Escape Room! Over 100 students took part over the course of the day, and their aim was to solve the problems to unlock the boxes as quickly as possible. The students worked really hard and the Escape Room leader commented on the fantastic resilience of our students in problem solving.

The winning group from each year were as follows…
– Year 7- Rowan S, Grace L, Blake C, Jacob O, Ethan C and Elijah M
– Year 8 – George D, Frank W, Millie H, Evalyn B, Oliver H and Oliver S
– Year 9 – Poppy W, Cameron G, Theo G, Will G and Lily B
– Year 10 – Rasmus H, Roseanna G, Evie E, Amelie R, Liv H and Will T – these were the overall winners, completing the challenge in a very impressive 27 minutes and 32 seconds!
