As part of the feature, eighteen of our Year 10 students took on a social media ban experiment, challenging themselves to go an entire week without any social media.

ITV followed their journey both in school and at home, capturing how stepping away from social media impacted their daily lives and routines.

We’re incredibly proud of our students for taking part and sharing their experiences so openly.
