We were honoured to welcome Andrew Cochrane DL, HM Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Derbyshire, to QEGS yesterday who presented Bronze and Silver Duke of Edinburgh’s Award certificates to some truly outstanding students.

The Vice Lord-Lieutenant spoke about the value of this rewarding programme and praised the students for their hard work, resilience, and dedication. We were also delighted to have Mr Moore, our Chair of Governors and Mr Garrity join the evening to present badges and personally thank the students for their commitment.
